📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

          For orders placed before 12 PM (IST) on business days.
        
          ✧ Weekends & holidays:
          Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹4,999 within India. For orders below that threshold, a flat rate of ₹199 applies.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can modify the destination details. Please contact support immediately with your order number and updated address.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Our delivery partners attempt drop-off three times before returning the parcel. If returned, a refund is processed automatically, minus the operational courier costs.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or PO boxes. A valid physical residential or business address is required for dispatch.
